I have just spend 31min on the phone for the 3rd time only to hear the same story of what your two previous consultants have said. The previous two did not even have the decency to call me back with any update or is it my responsiblilty to waste my airtime on something that DISCOVERY has to do? All said there should be no reason why my claim to the dentist on 28-03-2013 should not be paid from my health wallet since everything is in place. WELL, up to now it has not been paid!!! And for every call that i make to you i am paying the bill for my cellphone due to you not paying my accounts with my own money. Even when askin the consultant to call me back before putting me on hold her silly excuse was that they cannot call me back. Explain to me than howcome you say that you will call me back within 2-3 days?
Please sort this out ASAP as your health wallet has been nothing sort of waste of time and money for myself. Even now i have to call if i want to transfer money to my health wallet. even now i cannot manage my health wallet on my discovery page. Let me guess you are still working on the problem since 1 JANUARY 2013???
