Terrible services that I have received from Old mutual insurance, I Lorraine have cancelled my policy and only to find that the debit order is still running but it was cancelled end of June but the amount was debited this month. What worries me most is the fact that I requested the amount to go off last day of the month but it was debited on the 25th . when u called in check iwas told by Raymond that my policy is still active, can someone resolve this before it goes any further.
