I have a personal loan with FNB. When I took the loan I was asked when is my pay day and I informed the bank that it was the 25th. I then asked them to debit my account on the 26th so as to make sure there are sufficient find. I logged in today and to my horror there was as unsuccessful collection on the 23rd. Maybe certain companies pay their employees on a Friday if the pay day falls on a Sunday but mine doesn't. The agreement was the 26th and though I owe FNB it is still MY bank account. And no one has a right to it. Now this may not be much to FNB but it does affect my credit rating and you as a bank should know this. Why on earth was I not informed that the bank will collect earlier than the agreed date. the bank prides it's self about service WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS???
