I had a query with Standard Bank that has been lodged almost a month ago. I requested feedback from the IT Department which could not be met. I received an e-mail from Pearly and Asanda stating the below: Please be advised that due to the outcome of our investigation, Asanda will be reversing the unpaid fee of R120 that you were charged. I then get an sms stating that request declined. From simple english does not mean that the request has to be logged however stating that the money WILL be reversed. I cannot explain how sick I am of this pathetic service. I have requested that Asanda contact me however with no response even though she promised to call. Please do not contact me with feedback. Please e-mail me. I do not expect the automated response from Hellopeter as Standard Bank does not assist the customer. Please obtain my e-mail address from the 2 ladies mentioned above.
