An ATM 'swallowed' my card. Went into the Plumstead Branch and was treated with such efficient and friendly service. Thank you so much. New card immediately, linked to internet banking and even opened and closed an account that I had been meaning to do for ages. I was almost glad that the ATM ate my card :-)
