Bad service and lack of product knowledge!!

I went to buy a laptop at Incredible Connection in March of this year. Everything went well and Hi-Finance opened an account with me. Unfortunately the lady serving me had no idea when I asked her questions and went as far as to say "I don't know" when I asked her a question. On Saturday I went to the Cresta branch to check my installments. I was told that I was in arrears as my payments are due on the 1st of every month yet at Westgate I was told that they would deduct the installment either on the 15th, 25th or 1st. I opted for the 15th as I get paid on the 10th. I now have to pay interest for late fees which I really don't understand!! I have even been receiving sms's saying I am in arrears yet the money is always in the account by the 10th! I just don't understand and the people I speak to always never have accurate answers for me. I am so frustrated and the only reason I got this laptop in the first place was to create a good credit record for myself.
