Thank you Ryan, when I wanted to cancel and move to another Insurer you took the time to explain and go through various aspects of insurance as well as premiums, you quoted and quoted and spent time changing everything to make me happy, after which I cancelled. Then I got cold feet and contacted you back and you spent ages helping to re-instate my policy. You were patient, kind and very professional and definitely went the extra mile for me.
