I have a policy with momentum that matured at the end of last month. after the drama and hassle of sending them all the documents required to pay me out my money i am still waiting. i sent through all documents on the 8th of August 2013. it is not the 22nd August 2013 and i have not received a cent. How difficult is it to pay out someone money that you owe them?
