Extreme Bad Service/Promises no answers

Unexplained amounts for service fees on account, phone 4 times customer service in total 90 minutes on cellphone.
Drive to Woodlands Nedbank, ; Will investigate and phone back next day!!!.. one week later no answers.
Just waiting for the reply, hope still this year. That is the end of the road with NEDBANK will close my account!!!
After 4 years, paid a arm and a leg on service fees and still this shi... service.
That is the reasons people are moving over to other banks, because of this.
