Bank with no capability to be a bank

I cannot for the life of me comprehend this. I have updated my FICA information for my ABSA savings Account now for the 7th or 8th time and every time it revers back to an old address and cellphone number. now I cannot use my internetbanking AGAIN as I canot add benificiaries. How on earth can you possibly lose FICA information, that implies you are not aligned with banking regulations!
