Wrong debit order date

I called in last month on the 19th to change my debit order date to the 20th. I spoke to Veronica who told me that she can change it to start debiting on the 20th in July. To my surprise last Friday on the 19th they tried to their money. I am only getting paid on the 20th not the 19th. This is really affecting my account a lot. The service is unacceptable. If I get this kind of service now what will happen should something happen to my car. This is not for the first time debiting my account on the 19th. They also debited the wrong amount. Instead of 1080.00 they debited 1134.15 for what I don't know.
