I opened&account with standard bank, they had new 11digit accont numbers&were signing customers up saying its the new better account, like a fool i said yes. Eveything was fine opened the account handed the information over to my new employer who said the 11 digit was not going threw on there system, i then searched threw the paper work standard bank gave me and under the customer number was 9digit number, so i proceeded 2give my company 9digit no thinking that if it was incorrect the money would hop back instead that was someone elses account no on my paper work & as you could think when the person on the other end of the account got the money they drew it immediatly standard bank is at fault as they have no right to put another persons account number on my paper work, i then went on to opening a pure save account with them a few months down the line i closed it only to find out it was not closed thus me having to go the bank twice to have it closed, then my DD date for my credit card changed the call centre advised and confirmed there is no reason why it changed, i then asked her to change it back to my orignal date and she went on to saying you confusing me (not enough space2type)
