Run... They take your money and dont pay claims

Firstly I had to find out the HARD way that I can only got to a Life Hospital. I went to garden city at 11 am who could not help me as they do not deal with essential. I then got to Bedford gardens at about 12 where it took at least 25 calls between myself, the admin assistant and my mother to try and get authorisation. Auth was eventually given just before 3 and I was booked in for dehydration and gastro felt like the dead as my blood pressure was so low after 4 hours of battling with Essential running to the loo and I was 4 months pregnant u endangered my child's life. Then my husband had to battle after 3 months to still sort the accounts out even though authorisation was given. Now you guys reject the claim on the basis that I am 3 hours short of a 24 hour period. If it was disclosed that I could only use a life hospital I would have done so secondly if the correct number for authorisation was printed on our cards we wouldn't have had to wait for 3 hours to get booked in. If this matter is not attended to I will be approaching the ombudsman as the FAIS act requires all clients to be treated in a just and fair manner.
