In August 2010 i damaged a neigbours property, and their insurance fixed the house, i was supposed to pay back the money. I made an arrangement to pay back the money, i have been paying R1000 from 2010 and i dont get any updates on the account, i dont know how much i have paid /how much is outstanding. The account is handled by Ms Annelin Van Zyl [Email Removed] . i tried to call Nedbank call centres for assistance with but no one is willing to assist. i am now stuck i dont knoe whether to continue with the payment or not.
