I would love to send a heartfelt gratitude and complement to the staff of this bank, who really impressed me with their level of people skills, particularly the Manager. I called the bank late in the afternoon during the week-day believing that their closing time was around 18:00. The manager picked up the phone explained that they were about to close but he will wait for me. I promised him to rush in fear that he will close if I was not there at 17:00. The manager promised me that if I was coming, he would not close the bank as he understood my situation of being a working citizen. I arrived after 5 he processed my loan application without complaints, and more importantly with a happy staff (great team) waiting for him, as it seemed that the rule was "we stay as a team and we go home as a team". I was so impressed that, my feeling was that even if the application would be turned down, I have experienced a refreshing moment of a true South African touch.
