I have been trying to get hold of MEAGAN on this number, 021 762-9431 to get some form of feedback on the status of my windscreen replacement on my Audi 2013. This after she informed me on Tuesday morning (09:00) that it would take 3-4 working days to get the windscreen to their shop. I have been calling her several times on Friday, 16/08, the 4th working day, and her response was she will get back to me and the latest response by a colleague of hers was she was not available, "just stepped out for a minute". This was on Friday, 16/08 @ 14h30 -.

It's Monday afternoon, 19/08, 14:30, and I am still waiting on her to call me back.

Monday, 19/08, tried calling her again at 16:24 and at 16:45 and still no answer.

Tuesday, 20/08, finally spoke to her after filing a complaint and sending an email to [Email Removed] and she tells me that it will take 3-5 working days to get the windscreen. Told her it was unacceptable as she already told me this a week ago and on the day of delivery she tells me "it will take 3-4 working days to get the windscreen." This is unacceptable.
