Policy cancelled

I am really really upset as I write this report. Been informed that my MUA policy has been cancelled due to non payment of premium for the month of July. No correspondence, no letter about impending cancellation, no time to sort myself out... just cancelled cover and left in the dark.

I have explained to my broker on numerous occasions that I am having a problem with my bank and have switched banks since then. All my premiums have been paid to date. Only missed the last one. Sent an email to the broker saying that I will make payment via cash for months of July and August and then send them new details for future debits and was told that it is too late and that they cannot help.

Please MUA, I need my cover re-instated. I have sorted out my bank issues and debits will not be missed in future. I cannot drive my vehicle without cover.
