I requested an online annuity quote on 15/8/13 to which an " M Oliphant " responded unhelpfully.
I replied restating my request on 16/8/13 to which there has been no reply!
What's the problem with Metropolitan - if they react like this for new business, I can only imagine how poor they will be with an existing client and this is borne out by the numerous complaints directed to them on this site.
