Well as their advert says, if they cannot beat your current insurer they will pay you R400 cash, well it has been nothing but a mission for me, firstly their quotes were almost double of what i have currently. I got sent an email with instructions which i followed, and when i get to putting in my bank branch name, it does not allow it, and i cannot proceed further. I phoned outsurance at 10:43am 20/08/2013, they resent the email and new password, and the advisor spoke to her manager i was assured that it would be sorted, well its not, so my question is: Is this for real, or just another waste of time? The outcome that i want out of this, is the R400 into my account without any hassles.
