WHY charge when the user are not prompted

Good morning FNB,

As this happened in the past, I looked up an old account (for SARS reasons), and I got charged for today, and my balance dipped below R9000, so I will pay fees now.

FNB will get R10 in lookup fees (which you already have)
The customer, now will pay R350 fees at month end

Why cant the online banking system be changed, to prompt the user, fees will be taken.

And don't say to the customer, go read the yearly fees structure.

This isn't the first time it has happened!!!
