First Time Home buyer 84% Homeloan!!

Me and my Husband got a 84% Homeloan with Absa, we were very upset to get this feedback that the Bank that we are banking with for almost 16 yrs just allows us with this %. The house that we applied for has some fixing and really where must we get the rest of the money? I really thought that Absa would be the Bank that made our dream of our First Home come true. That's's why it's called a Homeloan. Very dissapointed!!
