FNB takes the cake for abusing their clients

The lady who moves around the front to "help" clients who don't know where to go, has the worst attitude I've seen at FNB. Not the first but the worst.
All I asked was where there was a (clearly readable) clock or something with the DATE on it. (There is a clock but you need a ladder and a magnifying glass to see the date).
In a very disgruntled manner she says it's not het business to listen to me or agree to my point. I must take it up with "Bank City". Surely if she's in the bank she can pass my suggestion on. NO she says.
When one fills a Deposit Slip out, you need the date.
(In case you wondered, this is NOT a statemant. Forget it. I'm the same race as she is).
Am I asking too much??
