POOR SERVICE

We opened a business account with FNB and paid a substantial amount into the account to operate our business off. We are both existing FNB clients for many years.
We have been made promise after promise about getting our card machine and needless to say it has never realised. DO YOU REALISE FNB, HOW MANY CLIENTS WE ARE LOSING BECAUSE WE CANNOT FACILITATE THEIR CARDS!!!
Standard bank on the other hand has given EXCELLENT service in keeping us up to date and bending over backwards to assist us with our business requirements.
We will therefore be moving to Standard bank. THANKS FOR NOTHING
