I received an sms from the bank stating that my bank account (which i do not have with Capitec) had just had a deposit made into it. When i phoned the customer care line to inform them, a lady answered and asked how she could help. I explained that i did not have a bank account with them and that they had the wrong details as this was my private cell number. After that she decided to hang up on me. It cost me money having the decency to phone and explain. Yet she gets to decide that my call is not important. Rude to say the least...
