My car was involved in an accident, IWYZE is apparently writing the car off, for the reasons known to them. I have not received any information regarding this from them, only heard from my bank. they gave me a courtesy car for 15 days which I must return by tomorrow the 13th September, but am confused have not received any email, paper work or feedback or some form of communication from the insurance. how will they manage to write off my car without talking to me about it? why should I return the courtesy car without getting any information on what is going on with the process? IWYZE is just a bad insurance!
