NO FEEDBACK! MORE STRESS FOR ME

Up to now i have not seen any efficiency in the service received from the Ombudsman, they sent me a request to foward a document as a matter of urgency, i did but am still waiting for their feedback. I have explained to them the pressure im currently under but they dont seem to have a sense of urgency. Its been more than 4 months and this issue has not yet been finalised... Im more stressed than before as im now getting pressure from the panelbeaters. If i had any other ways to get out of this mess I would not be bothering them..as much as this is a free service it does not mean that people must be treated with such inconsideration, Im a consumer requesting to be assisted... im about to loose my car and everytime i phone im told to wait as they are waiting for the insurance .what happened to resolving your short-term insurance complaints fairly, efficiently and impartially? this is not efficient at all!! it will really help me if they can realise how urgent this matter is to me... i have worked in the service industry and as much as we have set turn around times... in the spirit of delivering good service now and again you go an extra mile for someone who is in a dire need...
