Good day,
I emailed the accounts department on the 25th June 2013 to enquire WHO loaded the Travel PA Insurance without my authority. I unfortunately only discovered this, this month as something did not make sense to me on the amount outstanding. I have not received a reply back and am not happy with the service!
I want to know who loaded this and why? I don't need or want a travel insurance and I want a full refund please.
If this is not sorted I will take this matter up with the ombudsman.
