Hi I would like to thank the security working in the bank on Saturday at the Phoenix branch. I am not aware if its their policy but the guy tall Indian man moved us to the front of the queue cos I am pregnant. Surprisingly I have never experienced such courteousness I would like to thank the staff and the guy for assisting me.
