I recently had to deal with this Insurers company when I had a move from Cape Town to Namibia. We exprereinced major damage when Stuttafords damaged and our goods.
The Items that was /Damaged was listed on the Insurers forms and we took out Insurance for the value of R200 000. We experienced major losses for instance our Pool table leg was completelly broken off.. The Weber Braai's legs was broken off. our Keyboard was. My husband's Afrox Oxi set of R12 000 was. My husband Machines was Broken - some valued at R15 000.
Now this Insureres company only wants to pay out Average values for our goods for Instance paying out only R200 for the Pool table. Or paying only R200 for the Weber. We cannot replace any of the stock with the money they are willing to pay out.
