I ordered a weber braai for my husband and to our surprise it was delivered in 24hrs!!! However when he tried to assemble it the one leg was faulty and we contacted yuppiechef and to our complete shock they said we must contact weber. That is crazy i dont go to a retail outlet and they tell me to contact the supplier cos there is something wrong, the store sorts it out NOT the individual. Anyhow we did and now they dont have stock and this was ordered a mth ago, no replacement, still faulty braai that i can do nothing with!!!
Not the service im used to from yuppiechef, very disappointed
