They are quick to take your money, but not quick to refund or pay out a claim. King price, charged me for a motor vehicle that I removed from my policy in August. When I phoned them, at first they did a song and dance about me not informing them, finally accepting that it was their fault. They removed the vehicle and said the would refund me. So far nothing has happened. I have phoned numerous times, only to be told, that they do not understand why the refund is not going through (this has now been going on since the beginning of August).
