I've been with king price now for a couple of months, and that is a couple of months way too long. When I started the cover, I made no secret that I live in an old house (100 years old). And King Price was very happy to take my money. They were always quick to deduct money, but never to refund when in error. And I am still struggling after two months, to remove 1 cellphone, which they have on my policy, which I do not own. But the best is with claims. I noticed that I had a leaking pipe in my house, that it was leaking into the wall. Only to be told that sorry, they dont cover that, if I hit the wall with a car they would pay out, but not if its a leak. The second was with my swimming pool that started leaking after the winter. I informed them that there is a leak, and I have a feeling that it is in the pipes. After a week and a half, everyone finally agreed that its in the pipes. Only to be told by king price, oh sorry no they don't cover the leak, that is faulty workmanship. With every claim they have something that is not covered. I am cancelling right now, if they would eventually phone back, seeing that cancelling is also a problem
