12 MOTHS TO SOLVE AN ISSUE

I requested my debit order strike date to be changed in Sept 2012, it took Bayport 2 months to fix it and due to the problem one month, Nov 2013, they forgot to strike my debit order. Thus resulted being in arrears for one month, I made arrangement with a certain Ellen Pule to have the arrears amount split in two and deduct Feb 2013 and March 2013, which they failed again to do. I have made various enquiries to the issue with no reaction. All i am getting is being harassed every month with sms messages and numerous phone calls regarding the matter. Christo Rodrigues, Yadistra Pillay, Ellen Pule are useless and incompetent to fix the matter. The only agent trying to go the extra mile was Bianca Berg, however it is obvious that she gets no support from management. Christo Rodrigues, Yadistra Pillay are so called the collections management team, but do not assist at all.
