In the past I have taken my excess coins to Standard Bank to exchange them for notes. I went into the above mentioned bank this morning and was told blatantly they don't do it at that branch. Why has this service been offered to me at other branches and not this one? Poor service and bad attitude and I have been a customer for years. This is adding to the list of things that makes me want to move my business elsewhere.
