FNB Smart Device Insurance rediculous service

I dropped my phone by accident and cracked up the complete LCD screen. I thought no problem as I had taken out insurance on the phone when ordering it from FNB via a telephone call.

After struggling to find the correct number to call as FNB do not deal with the insurance claims themselves and another company does. I finally spoke to someone who told me that my policy could not be found on the system and that they would contact FNB to sort out the problem and will call me back. All this occurred on the 3rd of August and I a still waiting. I have sent emails etc. and received notification that someone will call me shortly and it has not occurred. I refuse to call again as I wasted all my airtime the first time around and because I was told that someone will call me back.
