I have a pending claim that has been dragging for well over 2 months. the last feedback I called in and was informed my claim would not be honoured. I asked why and to this day I am awaiting feedback from the consultant and loss adjudicator dealing with my claim. I get the feeling this is being dragged out so that they can collect premiums from me to amount the claim. their advertising on tv is misleading and should be changed. I regret the day I joined them.
