I registered for Ucount and Standard Bank proceeded to deduct the membership fee, what they failed to make clear was that British Airways linked cards are excluded from program. I even phoned on 2 occasions to check that I could use my cards and query why I had no transactions on them.
The program should never have been activated in the first place and Standard Bank should refund the money taken from my account as I have been unable to use the service appropriately
