Compliment before I could make a complaint

I was heading towards a complaint. Then I got hold of Johann Cloete and here's my COMPLIMENT.
I've been an Outsurance client fir 12 years. I was really battling to get the insurance shifted to a new car. Because the policy was in my daughters name (she's been overseas for 12 years now), 3 different people could not help me.
And then came Johann Cloete. He sorted it all out, took basic details, and emailed me the new policy. Only R51 more than the old policy.
I recomend Johann hands down. He followed all the rules, but with no nonsense.
You will not be let down by him.
