Unauthorised debits

This company is a big they have a bunch of monkies working there who have no idea what they doing and they just transfer you from one person to next and no one knows what is happening

They debited my account without authorisation and no matter how many times i try to call and query this, they iether cant help me, or cut me off and they cant tell me who gave them authorisation to debit my account

It is totally ridiculous and i will be reporting this company to the financial ombud and to the SAPS immediatley
