Hi
I recently scrutinise my policy only to found out that the car hire option was added, i requested for the recording of my sales call to which a call centre agent advised that I will received it on my email, it's been over 7 days and I still haven't received it.
Can someone please explain to me why car hire option is not added to my contract? Please send me the recording of the sales agreement that I requested to prove that indeed I have requested for it.
