This is just to voice my utmost satisfaction for the assistance received from samantha feiling from king price. I almost quit the insurance because of a misunderstanding regarding the policy, the original policy didnt hev the car hire included, myself under the impression that it included car hire since I took a comprehensive cover, it turned out the agent didn't offer me that option during the service call (not my fault), got in an accident and i had to use public transport. because of this I wanted to quit the insurance the day I got my vehicle back but samantha feiling was very friendly, solution minded, She has offered me an improved policy at a discount, now I am going to pay less on my insurance even with the added car hire option!!
