Pathetic Business Account Service

I usually rant and rave about my innovative and cutting edge bank only for them to stab me in the back! I have both personal and business accounts with FNB so imagine my surprise when I try to go to the ATM with my business account to make a deposit and the ATM informs me that my card is no longer valid. I then go into the branch at Thibault square yesterday spent 40 minutes and no one could assist me, go into the branch this morning again spent 20 minutes there only to be informed that they cant assist me now as they need to contact Canal Walk where my account was opened to change some system code (DMC) and I need to come back later. I have already spent and hour of my life that I will never get back for absolutely nothing! I do everything electronically so going into a branch is a huge inconvenience as is. How can FNB go and cancel my business account without informing me (for security reasons as the branch informs me), how do they expect our business to continue operating without being able to access our account? Right now I feel like your logo should state How can we annoy you!
