I've been dealing with Adel since your company unlawfully garnished my account since June last year to date, i had finished paying the ammount stipulated on the documents given to me by your tracer, which my account was debited R550 every month for more than two years. upon speaking to Adele when i enquired about this she advised me that your company had sent a stop to my employer in March 2013 already for the stop to take place. My main issue is I finished paying you via DEBIT ORDER but you STILL garnished R750 from my pay slip since JUNE LAST YEAR!!! I signed and filled in documents for ALL MY MONIES to be refunded to me and you only credit me R113.66 ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? PLEASE REFUND ME ALL THAT IS DUE TO ME, ALL THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS FROM ME SINCE JUNE LAST YEAR TO DATE!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! DONT YOU FIRST CHECK YOUR RECORDS FIRST BEFORE GARNISHING PEOPLES PAYSLIPS??? GIVE ME ALL THAT IS MINE!!! R750X15=R11250.00 AND NOT R113.66.
