If I got some sort of direction when I enquired about the details of my account I wouldn't have to cc the whole company.

I would never have known the details of my garnishing order or the fact that I was due for a refund if I hadn't enquired myself in JANUARY...
I again refaxed my documents on the 08th May after I had to again request for the garnishing order to stop.
I went through numerous people, phone calls and emails, I've dealt with a Trischa, nadine, martinette, jaques, angela, morgan but to name a few and 3weeks, the expected turn around time, into more than a month!... I have to again enquire and again not get any clarity on when my refund would be paid, who is dealing with my account, or just maybe any sort of information about MY account.
Please again... Can I have the details about the account. Surely there is some sort of statement of account? Surely I would be entitled to this information seen as though I was liable to pay it?
I am so far beyond patience right now! I want my request and refund seen to now!!
This could have been avoided!
