Please note that on June 2012, Coombe & Associate deducted money from my FNB cheque account (R655.23) and then claimed again from my employer ANC an amount of R655.23. I then called your call centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Lerato Motsweneng. She cancelled the debit order and continued with the garnishee order. I did not claim any refund from your company.
According to the documents that I have signed I owed R5881.14 (Five thousands eight hundred and eighty one rand and fourteen cents. However, the money that has been deducted from my employer and my bank account (June 2012 - March 2013) so far is R15933. 38. I truly don't understand this and I would really appreciate if someone could clarify this to me. Did I owe R10 000 in interests? I feel that I have been unfairly overcharged and I should be refunded what is due to me.
I have on several occasions contacted the consultants in your offices (Mpho Masemola, Adele Saayman, Lerato Motsweneng) asking them to send me the settlement amount letter and I have never been assisted. Please, indicate why did it take your office to send me the settlement amount letter and why have I been charged so much money?
