Havn't receive a pin 4 new credit card - 2 months

I received a Virgin credit card on the 6th of June 2013. I was told that my pin will follow soon in the post. In the last week of June a lady from the Virgin call centre phoned me and asked me to fax my payslip through to them again because the one they received was cut off at the one side. I was on holiday at the time and said that when I got back at work, the first week in July, I would fax it through to them. And I did that, after I had to phone their call centre for their fax nr. On the 12th of July, I emailed their Client Services for some feedback. Again on the 15th, 16th and on the 17th Antonio Nel emailed me back that I will receive my pin in the post within the next 7 to 10 days. As of yet, I haven't receive it.
I'm very disappointed in their customer service and business practise.
