POOR POOR POOR BAD SERVICE

Reading through all the complaints it clearly show's STD bank got a BIG problem with service

For the last 2 weeks I'm struggling to get through to the right person after being sent 20 times from pillar to post and after lots of complaining they said someone will phone me in the next hour. I'm still waiting.

I just wont to query some debit order and unauthorised products on my account
