FNB, how can't we help you

I applied for a gold cheque account, which all went well in under 10 min, got my card after waiting 3hours or more in the bank, handed my ID copy and proof of address, and now when I need to make use of my account I find out it's been suspended because the branch doesn't have my documents, and now nobody but the branch can help me and it's too late to get to a branch. Call centre has me on hold for 15minutes already waiting for a supervisor.
