Ive been with FFW since 2011. I never had a days problems and Im a very happy client, until yesterday 13/8/13, when I called in to have my new car insured. A lady told me that the car is not on your system and showed me away to another insurance company. I was sooo upset, cause I have my house and car cover with you and are really happy with the service you provide. After a terrible day of finding and comparing quotes, I decided to try FFW again, hoping to speak to someone more professional than yesterday. I ended up speaking to a guy named Nazeer Jacobs. After I bit off his head about how pathetic the lady was the previous day, he calmed me down and insured me he will make a plan. In a matter of seconds, he found my new car on your system, added some extra benefits I didnt know about and with every word, I again realized why I am with FFW. Nazeer thanks for understanding my frustration and kudos to you for being one of the most professional and friendly call centre agents I spoke to in a long time. I hope you climb the ladder in FFW, You truly deserves to be at the top. FFW, please acknowledge this compliment, and "Give that man a Bells"...
