We have no communication at all from VirSeker with regards to a claim related to a bursted waterpipe. Since we claimed I had to phone VirSeker several times to find out what the state of the claim is. each time I was assured that they would call me back, which never happened (about three times) also (2 e-mails with no response). It seems they are not happy to do business once a claim is issued. our e-mails are simply ignored.
